How do I add media to my workspace?
You can easily add media to your workspace via your Dailylab (Dailyfy’s online media library).
To access it, simply select from the Dailylab menu (icon with two images).
In your DailyLab, you will be able to:
- Import media (photos and videos) from your device
- Import media (photos and videos) from a link (URL of another site) provided you have the rights or open source
- Import media from online storage like Dropbox, OneDrive, and GoogleDrive.
- Edit an image with our online editor DailyStudio
- Create an image from Adobe Express.
- Manage your media by creating folders
- Add alt text on images
- Filter your media
- Delete media from your Dailylab
How do I import media?
From my device
To import media into your workspace, simply:
- Drag and drop the file into your DailyLab
- Click on the right-hand section “Download from a device”
From a URL
To import media into your Dailyspace from a URL, you need to:
- Access the DailyLab of your DailySpace
- Click on the “Download via URL” button in the menu on the right.
- Copy/paste the URL and click on the import button.
Before downloading media from a URL, you need to make sure you have the rights.
You should also make sure that the format is compatible with our DailyLab.
From an online storage service
To import media into your Dailyspace from Dropbox, OneDrive, GoogleDrive, you need to:
- Access the DailyLab of your DailySpace
- Click on the button with the logo of your online storage service
- Log in with your login details
- accept all permission rights to Dailyfy.
- Select your media to import.
- Then click on one of the “save”, “insert”, “add” buttons….
You'll need to have a free or paid account of the online storage service of your choice.
From Adobe Express
At this time, you can’t import your media from your Adobe Express library.
You will have to do it manually from your device. However, you can create a visual from Adobe Express and then import it directly into your DailySpace.

How do I delete one or more media?
To delete one or more media, you need to select the media(s) to delete and then click in the right column (top corner) on the small recycle bin.
