During the first synchronization of your TikTok profile with Dailyfy, here’s how we retrieve and update your data:
📅 Initial and daily synchronization:
– Retrieval of posts published during the last 30 days
– Daily update of general page data
🕰️ Data history:
– Data can only be retrieved from the page for up to 365 days (not post statistics)
– Please note: only posts synchronized after you log into Dailyfy will have detailed statistics available
🔁 Synchronization from connection
For certain KPIs, we can only display data once your TikTok account is connected to Dailyfy:
- Impressions and reach of new videos (daily)
- Interactions from new videos
- Average impression
- Impression rate
- View distribution (hourly, daily)
- Engagement distribution (hourly, daily)
TikTok data will be updated for a maximum of 365 days.
Beyond 365 days, the data will be archived by our tool and will no longer be synchronized with TikTok.
