Dailyfy is responsible for processing carried out through this Help Center. Full publisher details are available in the legal notice. For any question about your data, email support@dailyfy.co or use our contact form.
1. Data controller
2. Data used and purposes
Depending on the features you use, we may process:
- your name, email address, subject, and message when you contact support;
- technical information included in a bug report, together with attached images or videos;
- search terms, result counts, article views, and helpful votes to improve the documentation;
- the question sent to the assistant to find an answer within Dailyfy articles.
This data is used only to provide requested support, secure forms, answer questions, and improve the Help Center. Processing is based, as applicable, on providing the requested service or Dailyfy’s legitimate interest in operating and improving its support.
3. AI assistant
When the AI assistant is enabled, your question and the article excerpts required to answer it may be sent to OpenAI. The assistant is restricted to Dailyfy documentation. Do not enter sensitive data, passwords, API keys, or confidential information in the chat. Chat questions are not stored in the Help Center database.
4. Security and service providers
Cloudflare Turnstile protects forms against bots. Attachments are stored in Cloudflare R2 and their links are sent to the support team. Mailjet may be used to deliver messages by email. OpenAI is involved only when the AI assistant or a translation feature is used. These providers access only the information required to perform their service and under their contractual commitments.
5. Local storage and internal analytics
The Help Center does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or profiling tools. It only stores:
- recent searches in your browser’s local storage so you can find them again;
- a temporary browser-session flag to avoid counting the same article view more than once;
- a cookie strictly required for administrators to sign in to the back office.
You can clear local storage through your browser settings. Internal statistics are not used to track you across other websites.
6. Retention periods
- support requests, bug reports, and attachments are kept for the time required to process them and for no more than 24 months after the last exchange;
- search logs and helpful votes are kept for no more than 13 months;
- aggregated view counters are kept while the article is published;
- data stored only in your browser remains until you delete it.
Information may be kept longer where required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data, object to certain processing, and exercise data portability where applicable. Contact support@dailyfy.co. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
8. Changes to this policy
This page may be updated when Help Center features or providers change. The latest revision date will always appear at the top of the page.
