To modify the presentation images of your Dailyspace workspace, it’s very simple. To do this, you must be an administrator/owner of this workspace.
Image formats
Before importing media, please observe the following size and dimensions:
Profile picture : 200px x 200px - 5 MB maximum.
Cover photo : 1600px x 900px - 5MB maximum
Format : JPEG, JPG or PNG
To change your profile picture
By default, we add a classic profile picture with the first 2 letters of your workspace name.
To change a workspace profile picture, you need to follow these steps:
- Access your Dailyspace
Configuration clicks (bottom left corner of menu) - Then on configuration (to the right of the horizontal menu)
- Hover your mouse over the profile picture to see a “camera” icon appear
- Click on the “camera” icon to import the image from your device
- Save your change using the “Update” button in the bottom left corner of the page.
To edit the cover photo
By default, we add a cover photo to you.
To edit a cover photo to your workspace, you need to follow these steps:
- Access your Dailyspace
Configuration clicks (bottom left corner of menu) - Then on configuration (to the right of the horizontal menu)
- Hover your mouse over the cover photo to see a “camera” icon appear
- Click on the “camera” icon to import the image from your device
- Save your change using the “Update” button in the bottom left corner of the page.
Tricks
To save yourself time, you can import a profile picture and cover photo, then click the "Update" button to save.
