Organize with lists

2 min read1 views

A list works like a folder: it lets you organize and group your inspirations according to your needs.

For example, you can create a list per campaign, client, project, stage, or editorial theme, then add the relevant content from your sources or other inspirations.

The same inspiration can be added to multiple lists.

Create a list

  1. Open Inspiration Settings with the gear-shaped icon.
  2. In Lists, click on Add a list.
  3. Enter a clear name then save.

You can also create a list from the edit form of an inspiration when the searched name does not exist.

Add an inspiration to lists

When creating an inspiration, you can easily associate your idea with a list.

You can also use the bookmark icon on a card, select at least one list, then validate.

From Edit, you can add or remove several lists.

Contents shown in your feeds are dynamic and regularly updated. An inspiration may therefore disappear from the feed as new publications arrive.

If you want to keep an inspiration to find it easily later, remember to add it to a list.

Here are some examples of lists you can create to organize your inspirations:

  • By use: To replicate, To adapt, To test.
  • By project: Product launch, Summer campaign, Newsletter.
  • By content pillar: Humor, Sales, Human, Seasonal pieces, Tips…
  • By client or brand: useful if each of your Dailyspaces doesn’t already match a client or a brand.
