I am the owner of my YouTube channel:

You can schedule and publish YouTube videos/Shorts directly from Dailyfy.

To do this, simply follow these steps:

  1. Access your DailySpace
  2. Click on configuration (bottom left in the menu)
  3. Click on Social Network and then on Account Management
  4. Select the YouTube logo
  5. Click on “Add a YouTube channel”
  6. You will then be redirected to Google to sign in and accept the permissions.
  7. Select your YouTube channel(s) to connect.
  8. Once the profile(s) have been successfully connected, you will find them under Account Management.

You can then group the profiles for better organization.

I am not the owner of my YouTube channel:

If you are not the owner of your YouTube channel (for example, if you’re an agency managing your clients’ YouTube channels), you must ensure that permission sharing has been set up through a Brand Account. Indeed, if you have manager rights but haven’t gone through a Brand Account, you will not be able to sync the channel with Dailyfy.

To convert a YouTube channel to a Brand Account, simply follow this quick tutorial:

To do this, simply follow these steps:
  1. Access the Google account that owns the channel
  2. Go to YouTube
  3. Click on the Google profile logo (top right)
  4. Click on Settings
  5. Click on Advanced Settings
  6. If your channel is not a brand account, you will have the option “Create a brand account” – you just need to click on this text
  7. Check the connection and you’re all set
You can now share your brand account with other users who will be able to connect Dailyfy to this YouTube channel.
