Best practices, privacy and usage rights

2 min read1 views

Inspiration is a monitoring and organization tool. Recording a link does not transfer any rights to the original content. If we detect any misuse or unauthorized use of our tool, we reserve the right to suspend access to this service at any time.

  • Keep the URL and the source author in your workflow.
  • Draw inspiration from an angle, a structure or a principle; do not copy a creation, a text, a piece of music, a trademark or an offer.
  • Check the license and obtain the necessary permissions before any reuse.
  • For a client campaign, have the rights validated by the responsible person.

Privacy and personal data

  • Do not paste a private link, an internal document, or a URL containing an access token.
  • Do not enter a secret, password, sensitive personal data, or confidential client information in a note.
  • Consider the library as shared with the authorized Dailyspace members.
  • Remove sensitive parameters from the URL before recording.

Durability

  • An external link or media may be deleted, made private, or expire.
  • For proof, legal validation, or contractual archival, use an appropriate archiving system in addition.
  • Save the essential ideas in a list before removing their feed.
