When to contact support
Contact support if the issue persists after refresh and connection checks. Please provide:
- the name of the Dailyspace;
- web or mobile, with the app version if possible;
- the type of source or feed;
- the relevant URL or identifier, unless it contains sensitive data;
- the exact error message and a screenshot;
- the approximate time of the attempt.
FAQ
Why is my idea no longer updating? If you saved it to a list, it has been detached from its feed and is intentionally frozen.
Can I put an idea in multiple lists? Yes. An inspiration can be associated with multiple lists and multiple labels.
Can I recover a deleted idea? No, restoration is not offered in the interface. Archive it if you are unsure.
Why does the title or image differ from the site? The preview depends on metadata and the integration provided by the source at analysis time.
Why doesn't search find my note? Search mainly targets the content metadata. Use lists and labels for reliable classification.
Can I use Inspiration as a legal archive? No. Media often remains external and may disappear.
