The principle of internal notes

This feature lets you add a comment to a post that is only visible to your team. It will be hidden from your customer.

You can add internal notes to conversations and discuss pending publications/drafts only with members of your internal team.

You can only create an internal note if you have a user assigned as a client in your workspace – this will allow you to create both internal notes and internal publications.
