At Dailyfy, we’ve added a feature that makes it easy to add saved, predefined text to your post.

Once you’ve saved your tagline or signature, you can add it to future publications with just a few clicks.

Steps for recording pre-recorded text

To pre-record a text, simply :

  1. go to your planner/create post
  2. Click in your toolbar on the icon with the two squares (near the #)
  3. select “create a legend”.
  4. give your legend a title to make it easier to find later on
  5. write your caption/hook
  6. click on the save button

Steps for adding a pre-recorded caption

To add a pre-recorded caption to your content, you must :

  1. go to your planner/create post
  2. Click in your toolbar on the icon with the two squares (near the #)
  3. select your pre-registered caption
  4. click on the “add a caption” button.
  5. publish or schedule your content

How do I edit a saved caption?

To modify a caption, simply :

  1. go to your planner/create post
  2. Click in your toolbar on the icon with the two squares (near the #)
  3. select your pre-registered caption
  4. click on the 3 horizontal dots °°° to the right of your teaser
  5. click on edit
  6. Modify your caption (title or tagline)
  7. register

How do I delete a saved caption?

To delete a caption, simply :

  1. go to your planner/create post
  2. Click in your toolbar on the icon with the two squares (near the #)
  3. select your pre-registered caption
  4. click on the 3 horizontal dots °°° to the right of your teaser
  5. click on delete
