Understand click analytics by link and block on your Link in Bio page

1 min read0 views

The Performance tab shows clicks by link, average activity by hour, clicks by block, and block retention. Hierarchical charts can be displayed as a treemap, sunburst, or bars. A page preview helps map a block id to its location.

A click on a link corresponds to opening a destination tag and preserves the address and a label. A click on a block corresponds to an interaction within the area of an identified block. A single gesture can therefore be visible in several indicators depending on the block structure. Footer links are excluded from click tracking.

Block retention

Dailyfy observes when at least about 10% of a block comes into view. Durations are sent periodically, about every ten seconds, and when the page is left if the browser allows. The per-block value is therefore an estimate of visibility, not proof of reading.
