How do I display the team-only post on Dailyfy?
If you’re collaborating with a client, you may want to keep some of your publications that are still in progress away from their feed.
You can simply save your publications in “private” mode for your team only.
You can then make them visible once they’re ready for approval.
Activate an internal publication
Activating this superb feature is very simple.
- Access our planning/creation tool
- Select a social network from our profile bar
- Prepare your publication
- Before publishing/scheduling or saving, click on the eye to the left of the schedule button.
By activating the eye, none of your customers will be able to see the publication unless you deactivate it.
Deactivate an internal publication
Is your content ready for presentation to your customer?
You can easily make your post public by going to your feed.
You can then access private posts (indicated with a crossed-out eye icon) in the feed.
By clicking on the crossed-out eye icon, your content will be visible to your customer.
You can also use the editing tool by editing your post to disable this feature.
In the near future, we’ll be offering a mass editor to easily transform a private post into a public one.
Activate/deactivate internal post by default
Dailyfy allows you to make this feature “private publication” by default when creating a post.
To do this, you need to be an administrator and access your dailyspace configuration page (cogwheel, bottom corner of the menu – above the workspaces).
Next, click on configuration, then check or uncheck the “create a new internal post” function.
If you activate it, new posts will automatically be visible only to team members.
