Publication errors
Normally, it’s very unlikely that you’ll receive a publishing error: “An unknown error has occurred”..
This can happen, for example, if your account is disconnected (you’ll have to resynchronize your tokens).
These errors may be due to :
- To the evolution of the platform API
- A limitation of the platform API
- When tokens are revoked
- Other unidentified problems.
The easiest way is to try publishing your post again.
If you still get the message “An unknown error has occurred” then you’ll need to contact us via this link (report a bug).
Please provide us with the post ID to facilitate our search.
How to find the id of the post in error for quick assistance?
When you wish to report an unknown publication error on one of your posts, we recommend that you send us the ID of the content in question.
To do this, you must :
- Locate your faulty post in the feed or calendar view.
- Click on the 3 horizontal dots (to the right of the post).
- Then click on edit.
- In the URL field, you’ll find the ID you can send us (see image below).
